algn is being built to answer to the people who use it.

Still open Community governed is the goal. algn is working towards a structure where the mission can’t be sold, and the people who use it have a real say in how it’s run. The legal form is still being worked out.

At launch Your say grows with you. From Creator, you have a say in what algn builds, and some decisions are members’ to make. It grows as you take part.

Nothing here is final, on purpose. We’d rather test how say works with the people it’s for than lock it in first.

Each level includes the one before. Full detail on Membership.

  • Member: Sera, your memory and the platform.
  • Creator: A first say in what algn builds.
  • Contributor: A bigger say in what goes ahead.
  • Guide: Put ideas forward and post to the whole community.
  • Steward: Help lead major work, once the community confirms you.

Steward is reached through participation, then confirmed by the community. Standing comes from participation, never from power minutes, earned or bought.

Why it's still being tuned

How say works, Steward confirmation and the participation behind them are tuned with real members. Nothing is finalised before the people it’s for have tried it.

What membership isn't

Membership doesn’t make you an owner. It carries no equity, no stake and no shares. Power minutes pay for voice and Sera’s full system and participation sets your level. Neither is a claim on algn.

Stewards who take on real work can be paid for it. That’s payment for work, not ownership.
